Viceroy Fort Lauderdale · #25E

Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale is a two-tower pre-construction development at 505 NE 2nd Street in Flagler Village, rising 45 and 47 stories to roughly 500 feet with construction slated to begin in late 2025 and a three-year build window. The Viceroy Fort Lauderdale project is a collaboration between Naftali Group and Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, with architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors by Rockwell Group, and landscape by EDSA. The east tower, branded as Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale, holds 370 condominium homes ranging from studios to four-bedrooms plus penthouses, with starting prices from approximately $525,000 into the multimillion-dollar range on upper floors. Across both towers, the 505 NE 2nd Street Viceroy program totals 824 residential units, with brushed champagne bronze exteriors, sleek glass walls, and subtly curved profiles defining the Arquitectonica massing. The Fort Lauderdale Viceroy address sits in Flagler Village, the artist-warehouse-turned-mixed-use neighborhood north of downtown Fort Lauderdale and the Las Olas restaurant corridor. The Brightline Fort Lauderdale station is three blocks south, offering direct rail connections to Miami, West Palm Beach, and Orlando, while Las Olas Boulevard, the Riverwalk along the New River, and the Broward Center for the Performing Arts are within a five-minute drive. The Fort Lauderdale Beach oceanfront, Bahia Mar, and the Las Olas Marina sit roughly ten minutes east across the Las Olas Causeway. Residents at the Viceroy Fort Lauderdale will access more than 30,000 square feet of amenity space with 35-plus features programmed by Viceroy Hotels & Resorts. The Viceroy 505 NE 2nd Street program includes two resort pools, a full spa with treatment rooms, a health club and fitness studio, a 46th-floor Sky Lounge, indoor and outdoor coworking suites, dedicated kids zones, private dining and chef's table, residents' lounge, screening room, and five-star concierge and signature service. Brand-led food and beverage round out the Naftali Viceroy Fort Lauderdale pre-construction program.
