Residences start at $3.1 million and suites at $775,000. Sales launched in January 2025 through Fortune International Group; a construction start has not been announced. The nearly four-acre site is a former beach-access parking lot on the ocean side of A1A, next to the Pompano Beach pier and the fishing village district, about 15 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale Beach and 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
