Alba Palm Beach · #1503

Alba Palm Beach is a 22-story condominium at 4714 North Flagler Drive in the Northwood neighborhood of West Palm Beach, directly on the Intracoastal Waterway with views east to Palm Beach. BGI Companies, led by Kenneth A. Baboun, developed the tower with Blue Road; Spina O'Rourke + Partners is the architect and Moss & Associates managed construction. The building is complete and occupied. The tower holds 55 residences: two-, three- and four-bedroom condominiums, two penthouses and four townhomes of two and three stories with private plunge pools and multi-level terraces. Residences listed so far range from about 1,780 to 4,470 square feet. Each has a private elevator and vestibule, floor-to-ceiling hurricane-impact glass, an Italian Italkraft kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and spa-style baths, and many have large terraces; one corner plan pairs a 556-square-foot terrace with a summer kitchen. Amenities total more than 25,000 square feet indoors and out. The sixth floor is a full amenity level with a sunrise pool overlooking the Intracoastal, a sunset pool, cabanas and grill areas, and the building also has a Technogym fitness center with water views, a spa with sauna and steam rooms, a theater, a private dining room, wine storage and an art and relaxation garden. A private dock provides day-dock boat slips, behind a private gated entry. Resident programs have included concierge medicine with Mount Sinai's West Palm Beach practice and Sollis Health and a first-year membership at the Palm Beach Yacht Club & Marina. North Flagler Drive is a residential waterfront stretch north of downtown West Palm Beach, close to the emerging Nora District and a short drive from Palm Beach Island. Alba topped off in May 2025, and the developers announced completion on June 26, 2026, with the building 95 percent sold and residents moving in. In July 2026 a sponsor residence closed at $10.4 million, the highest-priced home sale recorded in South Florida that week. Remaining residences are available for immediate occupancy; request availability and floor plans through the building page.
