5000 N Ocean Drive · #1001

Rising above more than 340 feet of pristine private beachfront, Residence 1001 at 5000 North Ocean is a fully customized oceanfront residence where architectural scale, refined craftsmanship, and panoramic water views converge. This coveted Seabreeze-model residence commands sweeping Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal vistas through expansive walls of floor-to-ceiling glass, with generous balconies designed for true indoor-outdoor living. Arrival is via a private elevator foyer, offering privacy and scale more commonly associated with a single-family estate than a condominium. The interior has been extensively upgraded, well beyond original specifications. Large-format polished porcelain flooring flows throughout the home, complemented by custom wood trim and tailored detailing that adds warmth and structure to the contemporary design. The residence balances clean modern lines with carefully executed architectural craftsmanship. The kitchen serves as both a visual centerpiece and a functional workspace, featuring an Azul Macaubus quartzite social island with dramatic waterfall edges, white quartzite countertops and a full-height coordinating tumbled glass backsplash. A complete Thermador appliance suite, integrated lighting, upgraded fixtures, and the generously proportioned social island support both daily living and entertaining. Upgraded cabinetry and refined finishes maintain a seamless connection to the adjoining living areas. Entertaining spaces are thoughtfully designed and highly customized. The elegant great room opens to the spacious wrap-around balcony, offering breath-taking views of both the ocean and intracoastal waterway. The game/media room features an exquisite custom wet bar with waterfall edge finished in a stunning semi-precious stone that complements the custom cabinetry with display storage; paired refrigeration; stainless steel accents; and integrated lighting. The wet bar countertop was selected with intent to coordinate with the kitchen island to enhance design cohesion. Lighting throughout the residence has been intentionally curated, incorporating sculptural chandeliers, designer pendants, recessed architectural lighting, and upgraded ceiling fixtures that define each space with clarity and balance. The primary suite offers balcony access and expansive ocean and intracoastal views. It includes custom-designed closet systems and a refined spa-style bath appointed with large-format porcelain wall and floor tile, floating dual vanities with integrated storage and stone countertops selected for durability and visual continuity. A freestanding soaking tub serves as a sculptural focal point, while the glass-enclosed shower features bench seating, recessed niches, and upgraded fixtures designed for both comfort and performance. Backlit mirrors, full-height custom glass wall tile, tailored cabinetry, and curated hardware selections complete the space, creating a bath that feels architectural, calm, and deliberately understated. Guest bedrooms and secondary living spaces continue the same level of finish, with custom trim detailing, integrated lighting, motorized window treatments, and cohesive material selections throughout. A well-appointed powder room features designer wall coverings, modern fixtures, and custom cabinetry. Additional enhancements include sun-protection film on all exposures, electrical and lighting upgrades, custom closet interiors, and discreet entry detailing for improved sound and light control. Designed by Randall Stofft Architects, 5000 North Ocean is a 19-story oceanfront landmark set across 4.5 acres of preserved dunes and natural habitat.
