888 Brickell Dolce & Gabbana is a 90-story, 1,049-foot pre-construction supertall planned for 888 Brickell Avenue, set to become Miami's tallest residential building when it tops off. Developed by JDS Development Group and Property Markets Group with GV Development, the project pairs architecture by Studio Sofield with interiors, kitchens, closets, and furnishings designed entirely by Dolce & Gabbana Casa. The 888 Brickell tower contains 259 hybrid turnkey residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, including duplex and penthouse collections, all delivered fully finished and furnished. Layouts feature ceilings up to 11 feet, floor-to-ceiling impact glass, private or semi-private keyed elevator access, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances integrated into custom D&G kitchens, Miele washer/dryers, and Murano chandeliers in primary baths. Completion is targeted for Q2 2029. The 888 Brickell Avenue site sits at the south end of Brickell's banking corridor, two blocks from Brickell City Centre and roughly a five-minute walk from Mary Brickell Village, the Brickell Metromover loop, and the Brickell City Centre Metrorail station.
