Brickell Heights West is the 47-story sister tower at 55 SW 9th Street, completed in 2017 by The Related Group with Crescent Heights and designed by Arquitectonica with a facade installation by Argentinian artist Fabian Burgos. The Brickell Heights West tower delivered 332 residences in one- and two-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses, with David Rockwell handling the amenity-level interior design shared across both Brickell Heights towers. Residences in Brickell Heights West feature 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, contemporary European cabinetry, imported stone countertops, GE Monogram appliance packages, stackable in-unit washer/dryer, and private balconies.
