Aria Reserve

Aria Reserve South Tower is a 62-story luxury bayfront condominium at 700 NE 24th Street in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, the second tower of the two-building Aria Reserve project developed by Melo Group and designed by Arquitectonica. Completed in summer 2025 with interiors by Italian design house Morada Haute Design, the Aria Reserve South tower contains 383 residences across Panoramic Residences, Skyview Residences, Penthouses, and Penthouse Mansions, with floor plans from 1,100 to 2,600 square feet in one- to four-bedroom layouts. Residences at Aria Reserve feature 10-foot ceilings (up to 12 feet in penthouses), floor-to-ceiling impact glass, Italian porcelain flooring, Italkraft cabinetry, Bosch appliance packages, and private terraces up to 11 feet deep with flow-through bay and city exposure. The 700 NE 24th Street address sits in central Edgewater on the bayfront block bounded by Margaret Pace Park to the south and the Paraiso District to the north. Aria Reserve residents reach the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in five minutes by car or Metromover, the Design District in eight minutes via North Bayshore Drive, Wynwood's gallery district in six minutes via Interstate 95, and downtown Miami's Bayfront Park in 10 minutes. The MiamiCentral Brightline station sits 10 minutes south, providing one-train service to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando, and Miami International Airport is 15 minutes west via the Dolphin Expressway. Aria Reserve South Tower shares the project's 2-acre recreation deck with the North Tower, with bayfront swimming pools, a lap pool, tennis courts, paddle courts, a half-basketball court, a fitness center and spa, a sauna and steam room, a marina, a children's playroom, a teen room, and a private bayfront restaurant. The Aria Reserve Miami amenity program also includes 24-hour concierge, valet, and security and a porte cochere drop-off on NE 24th Street. The Melo Group and Arquitectonica delivered Aria Reserve with one of the deepest amenity programs in Edgewater and the tallest waterfront residential twin towers in the United States at completion.
