EDITION Residences Miami Edgewater is a 55-story pre-construction bayfront condominium at 2121 North Bayshore Drive in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, developed by Two Roads Development in partnership with Marriott International and Ian Schrager's EDITION hotel brand. The EDITION Edgewater tower is designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors by Studio Munge under Alessandro Munge, and it will be the first stand-alone EDITION-branded residential building in Miami, separate from the brand's hotel properties. The Edition Residences Edgewater Miami tower will contain 185 residences in one- to four-bedroom layouts ranging from approximately 1,952 to 3,815 square feet, with the building rising 649 feet and fronting more than 800 linear feet of Biscayne Bay. The 2121 North Bayshore Drive address sits at the southern edge of the Edgewater neighborhood, with the Margaret Pace Park bayfront green space, basketball courts, and tennis courts directly to the south. Edition Edgewater residents will reach the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in five minutes by car or Metromover, the Design District in 10 minutes via North Bayshore Drive and the 36th Street corridor, and Wynwood's arts and gallery district in seven minutes via Interstate 95. The Florida East Coast railroad's Brightline station at MiamiCentral sits a 10-minute drive south, providing one-train service to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. The EDITION Residences Edgewater amenity program will include EDITION-branded hospitality services, bayfront pools, a private marina, a signature restaurant in the Ian Schrager and EDITION tradition, a spa and fitness center, a screening room, a residents' lounge, and 24-hour concierge and valet. Studio Munge will design the public-facing interiors and the unit interiors to match the design vocabulary established at the New York, London, and Tokyo EDITION hotels. Construction at the Edition Residences Edgewater site started in 2023 with an approximately 36-month build schedule.
