Ella Miami Beach

Ella Miami Beach is a 10-story boutique condominium with 103 residences, under construction at 6940 Abbott Avenue in North Beach, one block off Collins Avenue and a short walk from the beach. Constellation Group is developing it with The Boschetti Group and Vietmar. Arquitectonica designed the building, Interiors by Steven G did the interiors and Ortega Construction Company is the general contractor. Construction began in February 2025, and the building topped off in March 2026 at roughly 70 percent sold. The developer now expects delivery in early 2027. Layouts run from studios to one- and two-bedroom residences. There are also two penthouses with private terraces of about 1,000 square feet. The other homes have balconies or patios, depending on the floor. Residences come with nine-foot ceilings, ItalKraft kitchens with stone countertops, JennAir appliances, in-unit washers and dryers and European-inspired closets. Some face Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic or the Miami skyline. At the March 2026 top-off, the developer said its last two studios were priced under $600,000. Two ninth-floor two-bedrooms were listed at $1.6 million to $2 million and a penthouse at $2.5 million. On the roof, residents get a pool and fitness center facing Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami, plus a pickleball court with Atlantic views. Other amenities include an observation deck, an outdoor yoga and meditation deck, a cold plunge and sauna, a residents' lounge, a summer kitchen with outdoor dining and coworking space. The building also provides free beach cruisers, bike and beach toy storage and on-site parking. Residents have access to a private beach club run by the Boucher Brothers under a separate off-site agreement. About 2,200 square feet of retail sits on the ground floor along Abbott Avenue. The developer markets Ella as short-term rental friendly. Each owner needs a certificate of use, which is subject to City of Miami Beach approval.
