Murano Grande

Murano Grande is a 38-story bayfront luxury condominium at 400 Alton Road in Miami Beach's South of Fifth neighborhood, completed in 2003 by The Related Group with architecture by Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership. The Murano Grande South Beach property is a massive complex of three interconnected towers cascading across four acres and 700 linear feet of Biscayne Bay frontage, delivering approximately 270 to 272 residences in two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts ranging from 1,437 to 3,979 square feet. The 400 Alton Road Murano Grande South of Fifth interiors feature ten-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, marble and hardwood flooring, European cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, and expansive private terraces with bay, city, ocean, and Government Cut exposures. The South Beach Murano Grande 400 Alton Road address sits on the western edge of South of Fifth (SoFi), with direct frontage on Biscayne Bay and the Miami Beach Marina across Alton Road. Joe's Stone Crab, Smith & Wollensky, Prime 112, Macchialina, and Estiatorio Milos sit within four blocks, while South Pointe Park, the South Pointe Pier, and the lawn overlooking Government Cut are two blocks south of the Murano Grande entrance. Brickell, downtown Miami, and Miami International Airport sit fifteen minutes west across the MacArthur Causeway. Lincoln Road Mall and the Art Deco District are seven to ten minutes north. Residents at the Murano Grande South Beach tower access a resort-style bayfront heated swimming pool and spa overlooking the Port of Miami, a multistory state-of-the-art fitness center, a world-class spa with treatment rooms, a lighted tennis court, a residents' theater, marina access through the adjacent Miami Beach Marina, a children's playroom, a residents' lounge, and 24-hour concierge, valet, and security. The 400 Alton Murano Grande amenity program also includes climate-controlled storage, dedicated guest suites, and a private boat dock for residents. Combined with the Sieger Suarez architecture and the four-acre Related Group footprint, the Murano Grande SoFi tower remains one of the largest and most amenitized South of Fifth condominiums.
