Three Hundred Collins

Three Hundred Collins is a 5-story boutique condominium at 300 Collins Avenue, set on a quiet South of Fifth block two blocks from the ocean and one block from the bay walk. The building delivered in 2017-2018 with 19 residences designed by Danish architect Thomas Juul-Hansen, with Charles H. Benson & Associates serving as architect of record. Three Hundred Collins offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom designer-ready units featuring 9-inch wall-to-wall white oak plank flooring, up to 18-foot ceilings in select layouts, oversized private terraces, custom millwork, Miele appliance packages, and floor-to-ceiling glass that frames the SoFi street grid and the Atlantic beyond. Penthouse-level residences at Three Hundred Collins include private rooftop pools and outdoor kitchens, and several units include private rooftop terraces with summer-kitchen build-outs. The 300 Collins location plants residents in the heart of South of Fifth, two blocks from Joe's Stone Crab, three blocks from South Pointe Park, and one block from Smith & Wollensky on Government Cut. Lummus Park, Ocean Drive, and the Art Deco District begin at the intersection of Fifth and Ocean, while the SoFi bay walk along Alton Road is one block west of Three Hundred Collins. The Continuum, Apogee, Murano at Portofino, and Yacht Club at Portofino towers are immediate neighbors on the bayfront side, and Prime 112, Milos, Estiatorio, and the SoFi restaurant grid surround the building. MacArthur Causeway access on Fifth Street puts Brickell, Brickell City Centre, the Mandarin Oriental Brickell Key, and Mary Brickell Village within a 10- to 12-minute drive. The Three Hundred Collins amenity program is calibrated to the building's 19-unit scale and emphasizes service density over square footage: a 75-foot rooftop swimming pool with sweeping ocean views, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a residents' lounge, on-staff butler service, the Intelity digital concierge platform for in-room ordering and bookings, 24-hour concierge and security, valet parking, a luxury car-detailing program, a pet spa, beach service to Lummus Park including chairs and umbrellas, climate-controlled private storage, and dedicated parking spaces in the building's covered garage. The boutique scale of Three Hundred Collins keeps staff-to-residence ratios well above the SoFi norm.
