Hilton Bentley

Hilton Bentley Beach occupies 101 Ocean Drive in the South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach, a two-tower oceanfront condo-hotel designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Italian designer Armando Albeldas. The complex pairs an oceanfront building with a historic streetfront structure to deliver 110 luxury residences, with the current configuration weighted toward studio and one-bedroom units that operate under the Hilton brand's condo-hotel rental program. Renovation and interior work brought the property to its current operating standard in 2015. The hotel side runs as Hilton Bentley Miami / South Beach within the Hilton reservation engine, allowing owners to release units into the rental pool when they choose. South of Fifth, the neighborhood often labeled SoFi by long-time Miami Beach residents, runs from Fifth Street south to South Pointe Park at the very tip of the barrier island. The Hilton Bentley South Beach address sits on the corner of Ocean Drive and Biscayne Street, a block from Joe's Stone Crab and within walking distance of Prime 112, Prime Italian, Smith & Wollensky, the Lummus Park beachwalk, and South Pointe Pier. SoFi has developed into one of the most rent-restricted and end-user-occupied pockets of South Beach since the early 2010s, and the Hilton Bentley condo-hotel is one of the few buildings on the SoFi oceanfront permitting short-term rental operations. The Apogee, Continuum, and Murano Grande towers sit within four blocks of the Hilton Bentley parcel. The Hilton Bentley amenity program includes direct beach access with attendant services, a beachfront infinity-edge pool, the Fit 321 fitness center overlooking Ocean Drive, an Ocean Library, an on-site restaurant, and the Garden at 321, a landscaped courtyard by Swiss landscape designer Enzo Enea. Residences run on the Hilton hospitality program, with 24-hour concierge and valet, daily housekeeping options, and the brand's reservation engine carrying owner-released nights into the Hilton booking system. Owners at Hilton Bentley Beach Miami operate the unit as a primary, second home, or short-term rental within a single hospitality framework. The Bentley Beach Hilton 101 Ocean Drive building shares amenity flow with the adjacent Bentley Bay residences across the channel, giving the property a different operating model than the conventional Continuum or Apogee residential towers a few blocks south.
