The Estates at Acqualina

The Estates at Acqualina spans a 5.6-acre oceanfront site at 17885 and 17901 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, a two-tower ultra-luxury condominium with 248 residences split between the south tower at 154 units and the north tower at 94 units. The project was developed by an affiliate of brothers Eddie and Jules Trump and Stephanie Trump (no relation to Donald Trump) under the same Trump Group team that built the original Acqualina Resort & Spa and the Mansions at Acqualina next door. Arquitectonica designed the 52-story towers, and the south tower lobby was designed by the late Karl Lagerfeld in one of his final commissions before his 2019 death. The Estates at Acqualina pricing has run among the highest per-square-foot in Sunny Isles Beach, with the larger penthouse units trading north of $40 million. The property occupies 502 linear feet of private beach, an exceptionally deep frontage for a single oceanfront development in Sunny Isles Beach. The 17901 Collins address sits within the Acqualina campus that runs from 175th Street north past 183rd Street, putting the property between the Newport Pier strip to the south and the Bal Harbour Shops about a mile south on Collins. Aventura Mall sits three miles west across the Lehman Causeway, the St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles is rising eight blocks south, and Miami International Airport is about 25 minutes inland. The Acqualina Resort & Spa next door provides a five-star hospitality benchmark that residents at the Estates draw on for spa, dining, and concierge services through campus reciprocity agreements. Residences at The Estates at Acqualina run from 3,000 to over 13,000 square feet across three- to eight-bedroom layouts, with 11-foot ceilings, private elevator entries, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, Italian marble flooring, and Ornare kitchens. The amenity floor spans more than 50,000 square feet and includes a virtual golf simulator, an ice skating rink, a bowling alley, a Formula 1 racing simulator, a Wall Street-style trading room, a cigar lounge, a spa, a fitness center, and signature dining concepts. Owners at The Estates Acqualina tap the five-star Acqualina concierge program that runs across the resort and residential properties on the campus. The Estates at Acqualina 17901 Collins program targets a buyer pool more comparable to the Aman, Faena, and Bal Harbour Oceana entries than the conventional Sunny Isles Beach condo product up and down Collins Avenue.
