Fendi Chateau Residences

Fendi Chateau Residences is an ultra-boutique oceanfront branded condominium at 9349 Collins Avenue in Surfside, set directly on the sand along 300 linear feet of private Atlantic beachfront. Fendi Chateau Residences was completed in 2016 by Chateau Group, with architecture by Arquitectonica, landscape by ArquitectonicaGEO, interiors by Fendi Casa in collaboration with Fanny Haim and Associates and construction by Coastal Construction. The Fendi Chateau Residences tower rises just 12 stories and contains only 58 expansive flow-through homes from roughly 3,325 to 7,110 square feet, with full-floor and half-floor layouts, private elevator entry into every residence, staff quarters and terraces up to 12 feet deep that capture both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal exposures. The Fendi Chateau site sits on the oceanfront stretch of Surfside three blocks south of the Bal Harbour Shops and the St. Regis Bal Harbour, with Eighty Seven Park and the Four Seasons at The Surf Club a short walk south along Collins Avenue toward Miami Beach. Surfside itself is a low-rise town of roughly one square mile that runs from 87th Terrace north to 96th Street between Indian Creek and the Atlantic, with Harding Avenue shops, the Surfside Community Center and the oceanfront boardwalk woven through the village. Residences at Fendi Chateau Residences are detailed with Fendi-branded chef's kitchen cabinetry, Gaggenau appliance packages, climate-controlled wine cabinets, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, signature Fendi materials in streaked woods, smoky glass and bronzed reflections and elegant marble baths. Fendi Chateau amenities include two swimming pools surrounded by tropical gardens, a private oceanfront restaurant for owners, a lounge with a gourmet kitchen, a spa with a European thermal pool, beachside food and beverage service, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a screening room, a children's playroom, a wine cellar, a private dining room, Shabbat elevators and a Luxury Attache concierge supported by 24-hour valet and security.
