The Residences at Six Fisher Island is a 50-residence, 10-story condominium under construction at 6 Fisher Island Drive on Fisher Island's northern shoreline. The project combines three- to eight-bedroom homes with architecture by Kobi Karp and interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners, and Coastal Construction is the general contractor. Its legal developer is PRH Parcel 7 Owner, LLC; the official project disclosures distinguish that entity from the Related Group, BH Group and Fisher Island brands used under license. BH Group describes the project as a collaboration with Related Group, Teddy Sagi and Wanxiang America RE Group. BH Group reports an average residence size of approximately 4,800 square feet. That is a project-wide average, rather than a size specification for a particular bedroom count or floor plan. Tara Bernerd's published design program includes a cafe, restaurant, spa, gym, business centre, pool and pool bar. BH Group also describes private boat transport and a 24-hour butler. Buyers should confirm the residence specifications, operating arrangements and association budget in the purchase documents. Club ownership costs require a separate review. For purchasers approved for lifetime Fisher Island Club membership, the developer's published commitment covers the membership initiation fee at closing. The Club controls eligibility. Annual Club dues, assessments, service charges and other membership expenses are not included in that payment. The project disclosures also identify ferry transportation as a separate cost. Construction is in its final stages. In August 2026, BH Group reported that the tower cranes had been removed and that the developers expect to deliver the building in late 2026 or 2027.
