Bayside Village · #6104

Bayside Village is a 4-story low-rise enclave at 2011-2543 Fisher Island Drive on the southeastern side of Fisher Island's marina, built in phases between 1986 and 1988 as part of the original Fisher Island residential development. The Mediterranean Revival massing at Bayside Village faces the island's marina and looks east toward the Atlantic, with 99 to 104 private residences arranged in two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts ranging from approximately 1,847 to 5,800 interior square feet. Residences at Bayside Village feature private terraces, marble flooring, custom kitchens, marina or partial-ocean exposures, and many have been individually renovated over the past two decades to bring interiors in line with newer Fisher Island deliveries like Palazzo del Sol and Palazzo Della Luna. Fisher Island is accessible only via the Fisher Island ferry from Terminal Island at the MacArthur Causeway entrance, or by private boat or helicopter, which keeps Bayside Village inside one of the country's lowest-density luxury enclaves. The Spa Internazionale, the Fisher Island Club championship golf course, and the island's beach and tennis center are all within a short electric-cart drive of Bayside Village. The island's network of restaurants -- including the Beach Club, Garwood Lounge, Porto Cervo, and the Vanderbilt Mansion clubhouse dining -- is shared among the residential enclaves at Bayside Village, Oceanside, Seaside, Villa del Mare, Harborview, Palazzo del Sol, and Palazzo Della Luna. The MacArthur Causeway puts the Mandarin Oriental Brickell Key, Brickell City Centre, and downtown Miami within 15 minutes of the ferry landing. Bayside Village residents enjoy full Fisher Island Club access along with Bayside-specific amenities: a marina-side pool and sun deck, walking paths through the village's gardens, electric-cart storage, dedicated covered parking, and 24-hour island security. Fisher Island Club membership opens the Spa Internazionale with its hammam, treatment rooms, and salt-water hydrotherapy circuit, the championship golf course on the southern half of the island, the Vanderbilt Mansion clubhouse, the private beach with imported Bahamian sand on the Atlantic shoreline, multiple swimming pools, the marina and yacht slips, the racquet center with grass and clay courts, and the island's full concierge program covering reservations, ground transportation, and provisioning.
