The Waverly at Surfside · #13

The Waverly at Surfside is a 12-story boutique oceanfront condominium at 9201 Collins Avenue in Surfside, completed in 2003 with approximately 65 residences. The Waverly's floor plans run one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts ranging from roughly 724 to 1,323 interior square feet, putting the building at the more accessible end of the Surfside oceanfront market for buyers who still want full-service amenities. Interiors come with private balconies, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in most lines, open kitchens, modern appliance packages, and direct east-facing ocean exposures or Intracoastal views from the rear-facing lines. Many residences at The Waverly have been individually renovated with porcelain tile, marble or quartz baths, updated counters, and integrated appliance packages, while the building's mid-2000s construction keeps systems and impact glazing relatively current. The 9201 Collins address sits in the heart of Surfside, three blocks from the Four Seasons at The Surf Club, the Surf Club Restaurant by Thomas Keller, and Le Sirenuse Miami at the Four Seasons. Bal Harbour Shops with Hermes, Chanel, Dior, Brunello Cucinelli, Goyard, and dining at Le Zoo, Carpaccio, and Makoto sits a 10-minute walk south, and the Surfside town center with Carpaccio Surfside, Josh's Deli, and the Surfside Community Center pool is two blocks away. Haulover Park, Haulover Marina, the Haulover tennis center, and the Indian Creek Country Club sit within five minutes north, with Aventura Mall and the Aventura Brightline station reachable within 15 minutes by car west across the William Lehman Causeway. The Waverly at Surfside's amenity program includes an oceanfront heated swimming pool with sundeck, a fitness center, a clubroom, a sauna, a private boardwalk gate to the beach, and assigned covered parking, with 24-hour security, front desk staff, valet for guests, and on-site management. Beach service at The Waverly runs in season with chair and umbrella setup, and the building maintains guest parking, bicycle storage, package handling, and pet-friendly policies on select lines. The Surfside beachwalk and Bal Harbour beach path connect directly behind the tower for continuous beachfront access running from the Faena District north to Haulover.
