Trump Palace · #1502

Trump Palace is a 55-story oceanfront condominium at 18101 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, completed in 2006 as a partnership between The Trump Organization (licensing) and Dezer Development. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, the same firm behind Trump Royale and Trump Tower III, Trump Palace holds 274 residences in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts plus penthouses, with 1,000 feet of direct beach frontage and floor-to-ceiling glass facing the Atlantic. The building anchors the northern end of the Trump trilogy on Collins. Trump Palace floor plans run from approximately 1,200 to 3,800 interior square feet, with deep terraces averaging 200 to 400 square feet on top of that. The Trump Palace address sits in the Collins 18000s, the more residential pocket of Sunny Isles Beach close to Pier Park, the Newport Pier and the access points to Haulover Park to the south via Bal Harbour. Aventura Mall and the Brightline Aventura station are about 12 to 15 minutes north via the William Lehman Causeway, and Bal Harbour Shops is a short drive south on Collins. The lifeguarded beach behind Trump Palace is part of the wider Sunny Isles oceanfront strand, with the building's private cabanas set into the dune. Several casual oceanfront cafes and Sunny Isles' weekly events at Pier Park are within walking distance. Trump Palace's amenity program is one of the deeper full-service packages on Collins. Residents share an 8,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, a lagoon pool, two temperature-controlled lap pools, a kids' pool, Jacuzzis, a poolside bar and grill, lighted tennis courts, a children's room, a billiards room and a two-story lobby with on-site concierge. Beach service runs through the season with cabanas, towels and food and beverage. Inside, the Trump Palace residences feature private elevator foyers, oversized walk-in closets, floor-to-ceiling glass, marble flooring in main areas, European kitchens and deep terraces. Combined with 24-hour valet and security, the Trump Palace experience reads more like a beach resort than a typical condo program -- and remains one of the most active resale and rental buildings in Sunny Isles.
