Missoni Baia · #2001

Missoni Baia is a 57-story bayfront condominium at 700 NE 26th Terrace in Edgewater, the first branded residential project from Italian fashion house Missoni. Developed by OKO Group and Cain International and designed by Hani Rashid of Asymptote Architecture with interiors by Paris Forino, Missoni Baia delivered in 2022 with 249 residences across one- to five-bedroom layouts. The tower reaches the 649-foot maximum height allowed on the site and holds roughly 200 feet of Biscayne Bay frontage. Residences at Missoni Baia range from about 776 to 3,778 square feet with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, and deep terraces oriented to the water. The Edgewater address places Missoni Baia along the Biscayne Bay shoreline between Margaret Pace Park and the Design District, with Wynwood, the Adrienne Arsht Center, and the Miami Worldcenter district all reachable within minutes. The neighborhood has filled in with bay-fronting towers along NE Bayshore Court and 26th Terrace, and Missoni Baia anchors that cluster with one of the few full-width bay sites left in the area. PAMM and Frost Science along the downtown waterfront are a short drive south, and Wynwood's gallery district sits a few blocks west. Missoni Baia's fifth-floor deck includes an Olympic lap pool, a separate lounge pool, a yoga lawn, and a full-size tennis court overlooking the bay. Inside the tower, residents share a fitness center with separate pilates and spinning studios, a residents-only spa with men's and women's sauna and steam rooms, a hammam, private massage treatment rooms, a children's playroom, a teen room, a pet spa, and a residents' lounge with a pantry, dining party room, and wrap-around terrace. Missoni Baia is staffed with 24-hour concierge, valet, and security, and the site fronts a marina basin shared with neighboring projects on the Edgewater waterfront. The undulating Asymptote facade and the Missoni-branded interior detailing make the tower one of the more distinctive bayfront buildings in Edgewater, and the project's resale comps have tracked the upper end of the neighborhood since delivery.
