Grove at Grand Bay · #1403N

Grove at Grand Bay is a 20-story, twin-tower, 96-unit condominium at 2669 and 2675 South Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove, completed in 2016 by Terra Group and designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG). The twisting glass towers -- Ingels' first completed condominium design in the United States -- house 59 residences in the north tower and 37 in the south tower at Grove at Grand Bay, with extended floor plates creating wraparound terraces on every level. The complex sits on the former Grand Bay Hotel site and is Miami-Dade County's first LEED Gold-certified residential development, an environmental credential that paired with the BIG architecture has anchored the project's design reputation since delivery. The Grove at Grand Bay address on Bayshore Drive looks directly across Biscayne Bay toward Key Biscayne and the historic Stiltsville structures, with the CocoWalk open-air center, Regatta Harbour, and the Coconut Grove sailing clubs including the Coral Reef Yacht Club within a five-minute walk. Mercy Hospital sits two blocks south, the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is half a mile north along Bayshore, and the Coral Gables central business district is roughly 10 minutes west via SW 22nd Avenue. Brickell sits five minutes north on Bayshore Drive and South Miami Avenue, and Miami International Airport is reachable in under 20 minutes via the Rickenbacker Causeway and SR-836. The University of Miami campus is roughly 10 minutes south along US-1. Grove at Grand Bay residence interiors feature 12-foot-high floor-to-ceiling glass and 12-foot-deep terraces, with grounds shaped by landscape architect Raymond Jungles, who is also responsible for the gardens at the Pérez Art Museum Miami and the Coconut Grove waterfront. Grand Bay amenities span rooftop pools on each tower, a five-star spa and fitness center, full-time concierge and butler service, a private resident dining room, and a pet spa. The BIG-designed twisting silhouette of Grove at Grand Bay has been featured in Architect Magazine, Wallpaper, and Architectural Record, and the project remains one of the most photographed contemporary residential buildings in Miami. Custom Italian kitchens, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance packages, and three- to five-bedroom layouts complete the residence specification.
