Artech is a luxury waterfront condominium completed in 2008 at 2950 NE 188th Street in Aventura, a Fortune International Group development designed by Uruguayan-Canadian architect Carlos Ott. The building holds 232 residences across nine residential stories on the Intracoastal Waterway, directly across the Aventura peninsula from the Atlantic and the Sunny Isles Beach skyline.
