Continuum North Tower is a 37-story oceanfront condominium at 50 South Pointe Drive on the southern tip of Miami Beach's South of Fifth neighborhood, completed in 2008 by developer Bruce Eichner of the Continuum Company with architecture by Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership. The Continuum North Tower holds 203 residences across one- to five-bedroom layouts with floor plates ranging from roughly 609 square feet for studio-style suites to 6,702 square feet for penthouse homes. Continuum North 50 S Pointe interiors feature floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian marble flooring, European cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, deep walk-in closets, and expansive private terraces, with the tower's curtain-wall envelope drawing direct sightlines across Government Cut, Fisher Island, Biscayne Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean.
