St Regis Bal Harbour South · #2403S

The St. Regis Bal Harbour South Tower is a 27-story ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium at 9701 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour, completed in 2012 as the southernmost tower of the three-building St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and Residences. The complex was developed by Starwood Hotels and Resorts together with The Related Group of Florida, with architecture by Miami's Sieger Suarez and interiors curated by Toronto/New York design firm Yabu Pushelberg, anchored by approximately 600 feet of private Atlantic beach frontage. The South Tower contains roughly 102 residences across one- to five-bedroom layouts ranging from approximately 3,560 to 6,560 interior square feet, each with deep terraces, floor-to-ceiling glass, stone-clad living spaces, and direct Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and Miami Beach skyline views. The 9701 Collins Avenue address sits at the southern edge of Bal Harbour Village, directly across the street from the Bal Harbour Shops -- the open-air luxury retail destination anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and flagship boutiques from Chanel, Hermes, Dior, Cartier, Gucci, and Harry Winston, with a curated dining roster including Carpaccio, Makoto, Le Zoo, and Hillstone. The Surfside boardwalk runs directly behind the property and connects to Haulover Park to the north and Mid-Beach to the south, the Bal Bay Drive marina and the Bal Harbour Village tennis courts are walking distance, and the Broad Causeway provides a five-minute drive to Bay Harbor Islands and the Aventura Mall corridor. Residents enjoy the legendary St. Regis butler service, 24-hour in-room dining from the oceanfront Atlantikos restaurant (an indoor-outdoor Mediterranean concept inspired by the Greek Isles), a full-service concierge, valet parking, and pre-arrival provisioning. The 14,000-square-foot Remede Spa offers 11 treatment rooms, aromatic steam, Finnish sauna, signature treatments, hammam, and salon, while a state-of-the-art fitness center, two heated oceanfront pools (one for families and one adults-only), beachside food and beverage service, and a private wine vault with rare labels define daily life. The St. Regis Bal Harbour South Tower also offers personal chef and childcare services, pet services, and direct underground access across Collins Avenue to Bal Harbour Shops, cementing its position among the top branded oceanfront residences in South Florida.
