57 Ocean · #1602

57 Ocean is an 18-story oceanfront residence at 5775 Collins Avenue in Mid-Beach, completed in 2021 along the Millionaire's Row stretch of Miami Beach. The 57 Ocean tower was developed by Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management with architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors by Brazilian designer Patricia Anastassiadis, and penthouse interiors curated by Sofia Joelsson Design. The 57 Ocean condominium delivers 69 residences in two-, three-, and four-bedroom flow-through floor plans ranging from 1,245 to 3,623 square feet, plus two full-floor penthouses each over 6,000 interior square feet. Homes at 5775 Collins feature 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian porcelain flooring, Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances, custom Italian cabinetry, and 11-foot-deep oceanfront terraces. The 57 Ocean building anchors 250 feet of direct Atlantic Ocean frontage along the Miami Beach Walk. Mid-Beach has become Miami Beach's design-led core, with the Faena District (Faena Hotel, Faena Forum by Rem Koolhaas, Faena Bazaar, and Faena Theater) three blocks north of 57 Ocean, and Soho Beach House and the Edition Hotel within a five-minute walk. The 5775 Collins Avenue address sits between 41st Street's Arthur Godfrey Road retail corridor (Epicure Market, Mount Sinai Medical Center, and the JCC) and the new generation of Surfside-Bal Harbour development to the north. La Gorce Country Club and Indian Creek Country Club are a short drive west across the Indian Creek waterway. Compared to South Beach, Mid-Beach offers a quieter, residential rhythm with the same beach access and direct Collins Avenue connectivity to Lincoln Road and SoFi. The 57 Ocean amenity program centers on a wellness-forward ground floor and the oceanfront deck. Residents at 57 Ocean access an oceanfront pool with cabanas, a separate sunset-facing pool, a 5,000-square-foot fitness center with Peloton, Pilates, and yoga studios, and a full-service spa with sauna, steam, and treatment rooms. Social spaces at the 57 Ocean residences include a residents' club with professional-grade chef's kitchen, private wine room, screening lounge, and library. Beach service includes umbrella, lounger, and food service. The 57 Ocean Mid-Beach also offers 24-hour concierge, valet, and a private porte-cochere arrival. The 57 Ocean tower at 5775 Collins Avenue sold out before completion in 2021 and has traded actively in the resale market.
