Icon Brickell Tower III, operated as W Miami, is a 50-story condo-hotel at 485 Brickell Avenue completed in 2008. The third and final tower in Related Group's Icon Brickell complex, the building was designed by Arquitectonica with lobby and interiors by Philippe Starck. Icon Brickell III pairs 148 W-flagged hotel keys with 372 privately owned condo-hotel residences that can be placed into the W rental program or held off-program at the owner's option. Floor plans cover studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts with floor-to-ceiling glass, custom Starck-designed millwork, and terraces oriented to the Miami River, Biscayne Bay, and Brickell skyline.
