The site at 8777 Collins is the parcel that previously held the Champlain Towers South building, and the Delmore project carries significant scrutiny as a result. The Surfside village site sits between Bal Harbour to the north and Miami Beach's North Beach to the south, with the Surf Club resort and the Four Seasons Surfside a short walk north on Collins.
