Chateau Beach Residences · #2003

Chateau Beach Residences is a 33-story oceanfront luxury tower at 17475 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, completed in 2015 by the Chateau Group from Argentina and designed by Arquitectonica. The building holds 84 residences in two-, three-, and four-bedroom-plus configurations ranging from roughly 1,488 to 9,300 square feet, with the upper-floor penthouses delivering the larger end of that range across full and half-floor layouts. Interiors come with private elevator entry, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass, Italian marble flooring, custom Italian Snaidero kitchens, Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances, oversize wraparound terraces, and direct east-facing Atlantic Ocean views with secondary Intracoastal Waterway exposures from rear-facing lines. The 17475 Collins address sits in the Sunny Isles Beach oceanfront row between Acqualina to the north and Jade Beach and Jade Ocean to the south, with the Mansions at Acqualina and Estates at Acqualina a short walk up the sand and Turnberry Ocean Club one block north. Aventura Mall, the Aventura Brightline station, the Turnberry Isle Resort golf course, and Gulfstream Park sit a 10-minute drive west across the William Lehman Causeway. Bal Harbour Shops and Haulover Marina are five to ten minutes south on Collins, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport sits 15 minutes north for international travel. Chateau Beach Residences' amenity program is sized to an 84-unit building and includes a private oceanfront swimming pool with cabanas, a separate lap pool, a private beach club with chair and umbrella service, a full-service spa with hammam, sauna, and steam, a fitness center with separate Pilates and yoga studios, an oceanfront breakfast lounge, a private wine cellar with tasting room, a cigar lounge, a children's playroom, a teen lounge, a screening room, and 24-hour concierge, valet, butler service, and security. The low-density layout and Argentine ownership keep service levels closer to a private hotel than a typical condominium.
