Amenities planned across the two towers include oceanfront pool decks, a 70,000-square-foot amenity deck in the north tower, a spa, signature dining concepts, a fitness center with pilates and yoga studios, a screening room, and a kids' club. Residences at the St. Regis Sunny Isles range from 1,950 to 4,680 square feet, with units beginning at $3.5 million in the south tower.
