Brickell House is a 46-story LEED-certified condominium at 1300 Brickell Bay Drive, completed in 2014 by Newgard Development Group with architecture by Sieger Suarez Architects and common-area interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, the Toronto/New York firm behind The Park Hyatt New York and the Four Seasons Bora Bora. The Brickell House tower delivered 374 residences in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses, configured around a central core with floor-to-ceiling glass and glass-railing balconies on every unit. The signature feature is one of the first fully automated robotic parking garages in the United States, in which residents drop a vehicle at a transfer cab and the system stores and retrieves it from a vertical rack. Residences include open European kitchens, full-height windows, in-unit washer/dryer, and master suites with walk-in closets. The 1300 Brickell Bay Drive address sits in the heart of Brickell's Financial District, two blocks from Brickell City Centre's open-air Climate Ribbon mall with Saks Fifth Avenue, CMX cinema, Apple, and the EAST Miami hotel. Mary Brickell Village, with its Rosa Mexicano, Truluck's, and Publix, is a four-block walk, and the Brickell City Centre and Eighth Street Metromover stations both sit within a three-block radius.
