One Bal Harbour, home of The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, is a 26-story oceanfront tower at 10295 Collins Avenue on the northern tip of Bal Harbour, where the village meets Haulover Inlet. WCI Communities developed it on the former site of the Harbour House North and completed it in 2007, with architecture by Nichols Brosch Sandoval & Associates. The tower holds two condominiums: the Residences at One Bal Harbour, with 185 private residences, and a 124-unit hotel condominium that makes up the hotel's rooms. The hotel's name has changed over the years. It opened as the Regent Bal Harbour, was later run as ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa, and has been managed by Ritz-Carlton since October 2, 2014, when it became The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami. The residential condominium kept its legal name, so the same building appears in listings as One Bal Harbour, Residences at One Bal Harbour, Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Residences at One Bal Harbour. This page shows listings for both the private residences and the hotel condominium units. Residences come in one- to four-bedroom layouts plus penthouses, with floor-to-ceiling glass and terraces facing the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Recent MLS listings range from about 510 square feet for hotel condominium units to about 4,000 square feet. Owners share the tower with the Ritz-Carlton hotel, whose oceanfront pools, spa, fitness center, beach service, restaurant and 24-hour concierge and valet serve the property. Bal Harbour Shops, at 9700 Collins Avenue, is a short walk south, and Haulover Park and Haulover Beach are just north across the inlet. Surfside's shops and restaurants are a few minutes south along Collins Avenue.
