Epic · #902

EPIC Residences is a 54-story luxury condo-hotel at 200 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Downtown Miami, positioned where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay. The EPIC Miami project was developed by Ugo Colombo's CMC Group with architecture by Revuelta Vega Leon and delivered in 2008-2009. The EPIC condo holds approximately 342 residences across one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations plus penthouses, paired with a Kimpton-flagged hotel component that operates the lower levels and brings full hospitality service to the residential floors. Units at the EPIC tower feature 9- to 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian marble flooring in entries and baths, Sub-Zero refrigeration and Wolf cooking appliances, European cabinetry, and expansive private terraces oriented to the river, Biscayne Bay, Brickell Key, downtown skyline, or Atlantic Ocean. The 200 Biscayne Boulevard Way site puts EPIC Residences on the Miami Riverwalk at the confluence of the river and Biscayne Bay, with Bayfront Park and the Bayside Marketplace two blocks north, Brickell City Centre about three blocks south across the river, and the Brickell financial corridor immediately south. The Knight Concert Hall and Adrienne Arsht Center sit about a mile north up Biscayne Boulevard, the KASEYA Center and Pérez Art Museum Miami are within a five-minute drive, and MiamiCentral Brightline -- with service to Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach -- is about ten minutes away. The MacArthur Causeway to South Beach starts at Bayfront Park, and the Port of Miami is across the bay. The EPIC Residences amenity program reflects the building's condo-hotel hybrid model. Residents have access to two rooftop pools on the 16th-floor amenity deck, a 12,000-square-foot world-class spa with treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, poolside cabanas, a residents' lounge, a private screening room, and two signature on-site restaurants -- Zuma Miami (the global Japanese izakaya brand's Miami flagship) and Area 31 on the 16th floor. Service includes 24-hour concierge, 24-hour valet, room-service options for residents via the Kimpton operation, and dedicated building security. The combination of full Kimpton hospitality, signature dining, and the riverfront/baywalk location keeps EPIC among the better-known full-service addresses in Downtown Miami.
