Turnberry Ocean Colony is a private twin-tower oceanfront condominium at 16047 and 16051 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, set on roughly 650 feet of Atlantic shoreline behind a gated entry. The South Tower at 16047 Collins and the North Tower at 16051 Collins were completed in 2006 by Turnberry Associates in joint venture with CABI Developers, with architecture by Robert M. Swedroe of Swedroe Architecture, the firm whose principal spent twelve years as senior designer for Morris Lapidus on the Fontainebleau.
