72 Carlyle is a 20-story, 134-unit coastal-modern tower planned for 600 72nd Street (also addressed at 7130 Carlyle Avenue) in North Beach, Miami Beach. Lefferts is developing this third North Beach project, with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by Piero Lissoni in collaboration with Lissoni Architecture New York. Sales launched in September 2025 with a Q4 2028 delivery target and pricing from roughly $1.12 million. The 72 Carlyle Miami Beach residences run one- to three-bedrooms plus a penthouse collection, all with private terraces (some with outdoor wet bars), 10-foot standard ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass, custom Italian kitchens, and Gaggenau appliances. Select layouts add 12- to 14-foot ceilings, wrap-around glass walls, private elevator landings, and under-counter wine storage. Penthouses at 72 Carlyle carry Lissoni-designed rooftop terraces with private pools and outdoor kitchens.
