1060 Brickell · #1816

1060 Brickell is a twin-tower condominium development at 1050 and 1060 Brickell Avenue, completed in 2008 by IMICO Brickell LLC with Extell Development Company and designed by SB Architects. The development pairs a 46-story tower at 1060 Brickell Avenue with a 34-story tower at 1050 Brickell Avenue, sharing a common amenity deck and parking podium. The taller 1060 Brickell tower delivered residences in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses, with 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, open European-style kitchens with granite countertops and stainless appliance packages, in-unit washer/dryer, and private balconies. Higher floors in the 1060 tower capture direct Biscayne Bay views across the Brickell skyline. The 1060 Brickell Avenue site sits between SE 10th and SE 11th Streets, two blocks from Brickell City Centre. The Saks Fifth Avenue, Apple, CMX cinema, and EAST Miami hotel inside Brickell City Centre's Climate Ribbon mall are a five-minute walk west, and Mary Brickell Village with its Publix and dining strip is a seven-minute walk. The Tenth Street Promenade Metromover station is two blocks east, connecting 1060 Brickell to MiamiCentral Brightline, Bayfront Park, and the Adrienne Arsht Center. The Brickell Metrorail station and the Underline park along the M-Path corridor are six blocks west, and the MacArthur Causeway and Rickenbacker Causeway are roughly equidistant -- putting both South Beach and Key Biscayne about 10 minutes away by car. The shared amenity program at 1060 Brickell spans both towers and includes an infinity-edge swimming pool, a separate lap pool, a hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center, a full spa with sauna and steam, a private screening room, a wine storage room, a residents' lounge, a business center and conference room, a children's playroom, and a pet area. Service across the development includes 24-hour concierge, valet parking, on-site management, and controlled-access security. The 1060 tower also includes covered parking, storage cages, and ground-floor retail along Brickell Avenue that adds direct street-level convenience to the residential entry.
