La Baia South is an eight-story bayfront condominium at 9201 E Bay Harbor Dr in Bay Harbor Islands, developed by Ian Bruce Eichner's Continuum Company and designed by Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Durukan Design and landscape by Enea. More than 30,000 square feet of amenities include a rooftop pool with sun terrace, heated spa and kids' splash pad, rooftop firepit and dining areas, dockside lawns and bayfront hammocks, a fitness center, residents' club room, teens' gaming room, pet grooming station, 24-hour valet and concierge. Suffolk Construction built the project with a $90 million construction loan. Launched in October 2021 from $810,000, La Baia sold out before its April 2022 groundbreaking and received its temporary certificate of occupancy in early 2026.
