Courvoisier Courts · #PH-08

Courvoisier Courts is a 28-story condominium at 701 Brickell Key Boulevard on Brickell Key, the man-made island developed by Swire Properties off the eastern edge of Brickell Avenue. Built in 1997, the Courvoisier Courts tower holds 272 residences in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts plus penthouses, with floor plans ranging from 806 to 3,751 interior square feet. Units include granite countertops, custom European cabinetry, in-residence washers and dryers, kitchen pantries, linen closets, and private balconies oriented toward the Intracoastal Waterway, the mouth of the Miami River, or the Brickell skyline. Many of the penthouse residences span the full floor plate and feature wraparound terraces, double-height living spaces, and direct elevator access into the unit. Brickell Key occupies a 44-acre island connected to the mainland by a single bridge at SE 8th Street, with the Mandarin Oriental Miami and the Carbonell, Asia, One Tequesta Point, Three Tequesta Point, Two Tequesta Point, and the Courts at Brickell Key as neighbors. Courvoisier Courts sits on the western side of the island, capturing views of the Miami River mouth and the downtown Miami skyline beyond, with the Brickell financial corridor visible to the southwest. A 1.25-mile waterfront walking and jogging path encircles the entire island, and Brickell Key Park sits at the southern tip. Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, the Brickell Metromover stations, and the cluster of restaurants along South Miami Avenue sit within a short walk over the bridge to the mainland. The Mandarin Oriental's bayfront restaurant La Mar by Gaston Acurio and Azul are walking distance on the island itself. Amenities at Courvoisier Courts span two stories of fitness space with cardio and weights, a heated swimming pool, a Jacuzzi hot tub, and a slate of racquet sports rare among Brickell Key buildings: a racquetball court, a squash court, and a croquet court. The Courvoisier Courts condominium also operates a conference room, a business center, a residents clubroom, and 24-hour concierge and valet parking. Courvoisier Courts and its sister tower Carbonell were among the earliest Brickell Key residential buildings, and the building remains known for larger floor plates than the more recent island towers and a robust on-site amenity slate that includes the unusual racquet-sports complex.
