St. Tropez Sunny Isles Beach · #901

St. Tropez Sunny Isles Beach is a three-tower bayfront condominium at 150, 200 and 250 Sunny Isles Blvd, developed by J. Milton & Associates and designed by Kobi Karp Architecture with Axioma3 Architects. The Mediterranean-styled towers were delivered through 2009 on a shared pedestal with a marina on the Intracoastal and the City of Sunny Isles Beach Towne Center retail promenade at the base, at the southern gateway to Sunny Isles Beach a short walk from the ocean across Collins Avenue. Each tower is a separately recorded condominium, St. Tropez on the Bay I, II and III, together holding roughly 280 residences. Layouts include two- to five-bedroom tower residences from about 1,447 square feet, lanai residences with oversized landscaped patios and private jacuzzis, townhomes with private entrances, and penthouses on the top three levels. Homes feature floor-to-ceiling tinted glass, wraparound balconies, granite kitchens with stainless appliances and in-unit laundry. Shared amenities include a bayfront resort-style pool with sun deck and cabanas, a community boat dock on the Intracoastal, a fitness center with steam rooms and saunas, a spa and hot tub, clubhouse, library and business center, and 24-hour security, valet and concierge. Leasing is permitted with six- to twelve-month minimums and an association deposit of one month's rent. Haulover Park and inlet sit just south, Aventura Mall is a few minutes west over the causeway, and the later Parque Towers at St. Tropez at 330 Sunny Isles Blvd stand beside the complex as a separate condominium.
