The project delivers just 38 private residences across multiple collection types: Garden Residences and Terrace Residences on the lower floors, standard Colette Residences on levels 2 through 5, and two crown Penthouses measuring 5,916 and 6,128 square feet, each with a private rooftop pool, summer kitchen, and entertainment terrace. Pricing at Colette Brickell opens around $3.3 million, and the floor plans cover three- and four-bedroom layouts that run substantially larger than the typical Brickell two-bedroom default. Completion is targeted for 2028, and Meta Development secured an $18.5 million acquisition and development loan from BridgeCity Capital to advance the project.
