Continuum North · #707

Continuum North Tower is a 37-story oceanfront condominium at 50 South Pointe Drive on the southern tip of Miami Beach's South of Fifth neighborhood, completed in 2008 by developer Bruce Eichner of the Continuum Company with architecture by Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership. The Continuum North Tower holds 203 residences across one- to five-bedroom layouts with floor plates ranging from roughly 609 square feet for studio-style suites to 6,702 square feet for penthouse homes. Continuum North 50 S Pointe interiors feature floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian marble flooring, European cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, deep walk-in closets, and expansive private terraces, with the tower's curtain-wall envelope drawing direct sightlines across Government Cut, Fisher Island, Biscayne Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. The North Tower joins the original Continuum South Tower on a single 12-acre oceanfront resort campus shared between the two buildings. The 50 South Pointe Continuum North address sits in South of Fifth (SoFi), the residential tip of Miami Beach with Joe's Stone Crab, Smith & Wollensky, Prime 112, Macchialina, Pao by Paul Qui, and Estiatorio Milos within four blocks of the lobby. South Pointe Park, with the South Pointe Pier, lighted jogging paths, the dog park, and the lawn overlooking Government Cut and Fisher Island, is two blocks south of the Continuum North entrance. The Art Deco District, Lincoln Road Mall, Ocean Drive's Lummus Park beachfront, and Espanola Way are five to ten minutes north up Collins, while Brickell, the Adrienne Arsht Center, and PAMM Miami sit fifteen minutes west across the MacArthur Causeway. Residents of Continuum North access 1,000 linear feet of private white-sand beach with attendants, two oversized lagoon pools and an infinity-edge lap pool, a three-story fitness center, four indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, three lighted tennis courts and a tennis pro shop, a full destination spa with sauna and steam, the on-site restaurant and beach club bar, kids programming, a residents' lounge, and 24-hour concierge, attended valet, and security across the South of Fifth Continuum North property. The Continuum 50 S Pointe Drive resort program is widely considered the most complete oceanfront amenity offering in Miami Beach.
