Icon Bay is a 43-story luxury bayfront condominium at 460 NE 28th Street in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, developed by Related Group and designed by Arquitectonica. The Icon Bay tower contains 300 residences in one-, two-, and three-bedroom flow-through floor plans ranging from 928 to 1,530 interior square feet, with every unit running fully east-to-west through the building to provide both Biscayne Bay and city-side exposure. Residences at Icon Bay feature 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass, Italian marble or porcelain flooring, European cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance packages, and wide private terraces. The Icon Bay Miami tower sits on the bay with no roads between the building and the water, and the Related Group/Arquitectonica collaboration produced one of the cleanest glass facades in Edgewater. The 460 NE 28th Street address sits at the southern end of the Edgewater bayfront row, with Margaret Pace Park three blocks south providing tennis courts, basketball courts, and direct waterfront green space. Icon Bay residents reach the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in five minutes by car or Metromover, the Design District in 10 minutes via North Bayshore Drive, Wynwood's gallery district in seven minutes via Interstate 95, and downtown Miami's Bayfront Park in 10 minutes by car. The Brightline station at MiamiCentral sits a 10-minute drive south, with one-train service to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. Icon Bay amenities include a bayfront swimming pool with cabanas on a 1.5-acre amenity deck, a spa with treatment rooms, a fitness center with cardio and weight equipment, a residents' lounge, a media and screening room, a children's playroom, and 24-hour concierge, valet, and security. The Icon Bay condo offers one of the strongest bayfront price points in Edgewater on a per-square-foot basis, with the Sub-Zero/Wolf finish standard and Arquitectonica architecture matching the new construction at Aria Reserve and Paraiso Bay at a lower entry cost.
