The Bath Club at 5959 Collins Avenue layers a 20-story residential tower over the restored 1926 members-only club that gave the property its name. The Mid-Beach condominium delivered in 2005, developed by Don Peebles' Peebles Atlantic Development with architecture by Revuelta Vega Leon, P.A.
