Porto Vita South · #1002

Porto Vita South is a 32-story luxury condominium tower completed in 2000 at 19955 NE 38th Court in Aventura, co-developed by Turnberry Associates and CMC Group with architecture by Luis Revuelta. The tower holds 150 residences and forms the southern of two main Porto Vita high-rises (alongside Porto Vita North at 20155 NE 38th Court), set inside the gated Porto Vita community that wraps the Intracoastal Waterway. The community also includes the lower-rise Bella Vista buildings and the Villa Grande Club, a private members' clubhouse designed by Italian architect Gian Enrico Fabro. The 19955 NE 38th Court address sits inside the gated Porto Vita community on the east bank of the Intracoastal Waterway, two blocks east of the Aventura Mall complex and one block south of the Turnberry Isle Resort. Aventura Mall, Founders Park, the Don Soffer Aventura Exercise Trail, the Aventura Country Club, and the Aventura Arts and Cultural Center sit within a five-minute drive, and the William Lehman Causeway connects Porto Vita South to Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour Shops, and Haulover Park in 10 to 15 minutes. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is 10 minutes north, with Miami International Airport reachable in 30 minutes via I-95. The Porto Vita South Aventura position places residents inside a gated Intracoastal community with full club amenities. Residences at Porto Vita South run two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom layouts with marble bathrooms, gourmet kitchens, walk-in closets, and broad Intracoastal-facing terraces, with the Revuelta-designed massing producing wraparound exposure on the corner units. The shared Porto Vita amenity program runs through the Villa Grande Club: a formal dining room, a wine cellar, a library, multiple pools, a spa, a fitness center, tennis courts, a yacht and marina program, a kids' room, a beach club shuttle, and 24-hour gated security with concierge and valet across the community. Porto Vita South Aventura combines the Intracoastal-front tower with the gated Porto Vita master plan and the Italian-villa Villa Grande Club at the community's center.
