Trump Tower III · #3605

Trump Tower III closes the three-tower Trump Towers Sunny Isles trilogy at 15811 Collins Avenue, rising 43 stories on a direct oceanfront site at the southern end of Sunny Isles Beach. The tower was completed in 2008 as a partnership between The Related Group and Dezer Development, which holds the Trump licensing rights for the Sunny Isles assemblage, with architecture by Sieger Suarez Architects. Trump Tower III contains 271 condo residences in two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from approximately 1,980 to 2,928 interior square feet, with deep wraparound terraces facing the Atlantic, the Intracoastal and the Miami skyline to the south. Most Trump Tower III floor plans have direct ocean views from at least one bedroom and a secondary city or Intracoastal view from the back of the unit. The Collins 15000s sit between Newport Pier to the north and the bridge crossing into Bal Harbour to the south, putting residents within a short drive of Bal Harbour Shops and the boutique restaurants along 96th Street, and a longer drive north to Aventura Mall and the Brightline Aventura station. Pier Park, the Sunny Isles oceanfront walking path, and the public access points around 167th Street are within easy walking distance of Trump Tower III. The beach in front of the building is wide and lifeguarded, with cabana service from the resort-tier amenity deck. Haulover Park and Haulover Inlet -- popular with kite-surfers and boaters -- sit just south of Bal Harbour. Trump Tower III shares the Trump Towers' signature private oceanfront amenity program. Residents have access to two oceanfront swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, a poolside cafe, a spa and fitness center, tennis courts and direct beach service. The building maintains 24-hour concierge, valet parking and security, plus a dedicated kids' room and lobby lounges. Inside the residences, Trump III units feature private elevator foyers, floor-to-ceiling windows, European-style kitchens with stone countertops, marble bathrooms and deep terraces -- finishes consistent across the three Trump towers on Collins between 15811 and 18101. The shared Trump Sunny Isles club program lets owners use the pools and tennis at the other two towers, an unusual privilege among Sunny Isles oceanfront buildings.
