Echo Aventura · #217

Echo Aventura is a two-tower waterfront condominium at 3250 NE 188th Street, developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) on a five-acre site in northeast Aventura. Carlos Ott served as architect, with interiors and amenity design by Yabu Pushelberg, the firm's first collaboration with Ott on a single project. The east and west towers at Echo Aventura together hold 190 residences across two-, three-, and four-bedroom flow-through layouts, including 18 penthouses, with ceilings ranging from 10 to 14 feet and full-height glass on every elevation. Residences are finished with Italian cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, Crestron home automation systems, integrated sound, custom millwork, marble flooring, and private cooled storage. Each unit has at least two exposures and the flow-through layouts capture light from sunrise on the Intracoastal to sunset over the Aventura skyline. The Echo Aventura address sits on the Intracoastal Waterway in the Aventura submarket bounded by Williams Island, the Waterways shopping center, and Aventura Mall. The five-acre site provides direct water access through its private marina, and the building is roughly five minutes from Aventura Mall, the Aventura Hospital corridor, and the Brightline Aventura station that opened in 2022 and connects directly to MiamiCentral, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. Bal Harbour Shops, Sunny Isles Beach, and the beaches at Haulover Park are short drives east across the William Lehman Causeway, and the Turnberry Isle resort and golf complex sits a few blocks west. The Aventura ParkSquare mixed-use district, with restaurants, retail, and the Aventura Arts and Cultural Center, is also within a short drive. The Echo Aventura amenity program is anchored by a bayfront infinity-edge pool oriented toward the Atlantic horizon, supplemented by a private marina with boat slips for residents, a fitness center with Intracoastal views, a spa, and a children's playroom. The building includes private elevators that open directly into each residence, a clubroom for breakfast and lunch service, and a guest suite for visiting residents. Service at Echo is delivered by a five-star concierge team with 24-hour valet parking, on-site building management, and a porter and security staff. The combination of the Yabu Pushelberg interiors, the boat-slip marina, and the five-acre Intracoastal site gives Echo Aventura a profile distinct from the high-density tower product along Biscayne Boulevard and Country Club Drive.
