2000 Ocean · #7B

2000 Ocean is a 38-story glass tower at 2000 South Ocean Drive in Hallandale Beach, completed in 2022 by KAR Properties under principal Shahab Karmely with architecture by Mexico City-based Enrique Norten of TEN Arquitectos and gardens curated by Sasaki Associates. The 2000 Ocean Hallandale tower delivers just 64 boutique oceanfront residences, divided between half-floor three-bedroom homes at approximately 2,913 square feet and full-floor five-bedroom penthouses reaching 5,832 square feet. Pricing at the 2000 S Ocean Drive address has ranged from the high $2 millions for half-floors into eight figures for full-floor penthouse residences. Interiors at 2000 Ocean center on flow-through layouts with floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive private terraces, and views spanning the Atlantic, the Intracoastal Waterway, and Golden Beach to the south. The 2000 Ocean address sits at the southern edge of Hallandale Beach immediately north of Golden Beach, with Aventura Mall and the Brightline Aventura station roughly ten minutes south by car and Hollywood Broadwalk and Margaritaville five minutes north up A1A. Diplomat Beach Resort and the Westin Diplomat anchor the stretch of oceanfront a mile north, while Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino, with the Village at Gulfstream Park retail and dining promenade, sits inland off US-1. The Hallandale Beach 2000 Ocean tower is roughly 25 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and 30 minutes from Miami International. Residents at 2000 Ocean access a sunrise oceanfront pool and a sunset Intracoastal pool, a freestanding spa pavilion with treatment rooms, ice room, sauna, and yoga studio, an oceanfront art library, a juice bar, an oceanside cafe with catering kitchen, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a private beach club with cabanas, chaise lounges, umbrellas, and a fireplace. The Sasaki gardens wrap the base of the tower, and the 2000 Ocean amenity program also includes private outdoor dining alcoves, a Sunset Lounge pool deck, valet, and 24-hour concierge.
