SLS Lux · #2909

SLS Lux Brickell is a 57-story luxury condominium and condo-hotel at 801 South Miami Avenue, completed in 2018 directly across the street from Brickell City Centre. The tower was developed by The Related Group with The Allen Morris Company and sbe, with architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, and an exterior LED facade by lighting artist Ana Isabel Martinez, the first of its kind in Brickell. SLS Lux delivers 450 condominium residences plus 70 hotel guestrooms and suites organized as one- to four-bedroom condos from roughly 956 to 1,753 interior square feet, with penthouse layouts running up to 4,247 square feet plus terrace. The SLS Lux site stands at the heart of Brickell's pedestrian core, connected by climate-controlled walkways to Brickell City Centre's open-air retail, Saks Fifth Avenue, and the Brickell Metromover, and within walking distance of Mary Brickell Village, the Brickell Avenue financial corridor, and the Miami River walkways. Residents are five minutes by Metromover to Bayfront Park, ten by car to Miami Beach over the MacArthur Causeway, and roughly fifteen to Miami International Airport, with the Underline linear park running south toward Coconut Grove just outside the building's front door. Residences at SLS Lux feature floor-to-ceiling glass, private terraces, imported European cabinetry, integrated appliances, and views across Biscayne Bay, the Brickell skyline, and Downtown Miami. The art program inside SLS Lux includes Fernando Botero's bronze "Male Torso, 1992," line drawings by Salvador Dali, and a 40,000-square-foot Fabian Burgos color-block mural on the exterior. The amenity package draws on SLS hospitality DNA with a 75-foot lap pool and a separate 112-foot beach-entry pool, poolside cabanas and a pool bar, a Technogym fitness center, spa treatment rooms, a tennis court, an outdoor movie theater, a two-story indoor sky lounge with wine cellar and billiards, a 44th and 45th floor outdoor sky lounge with fire pits, and Katsuya by Chef Katsuya Uechi at the base. Owners receive 24-hour concierge, valet, in-residence dining and housekeeping from the hotel, and VIP access to Hyde Beach at SLS South Beach.
