500 Brickell East · #1906

500 Brickell East is the 42-story east tower of the two-tower 500 Brickell complex at 500 Brickell Avenue, sited at the gateway between Brickell and the Miami River bridge. Completed in 2008, 500 Brickell East was developed by The Related Group with architecture by Arquitectonica and lobby and common-area interiors by Michael Wolk Design Associates. The east tower contains 320 residences and is part of a larger two-tower complex totaling 633 condominium units, with the twin towers separated by a 90-foot-wide void crowned by an illuminated 75-foot diameter oculus, a signature Arquitectonica gesture that frames a square of sky between the buildings. The 500 Brickell East site sits at the northernmost block of Brickell Avenue, one block from the Miami River and the Brickell Avenue Bridge into Downtown Miami, two blocks from Mary Brickell Village, and a short walk from Brickell City Centre, the Brickell Metromover, and the Underline linear park. The Brickell Avenue financial corridor begins at the building's front door and runs south, and 500 Brickell East is roughly ten minutes from Miami Beach over the MacArthur Causeway and fifteen from Miami International Airport via the Dolphin Expressway. Residences at 500 Brickell East feature floor-to-ceiling glass, private balconies, open European-style kitchens with stainless-steel appliances and Italian cabinetry, stone counters, walk-in closets, and stackable washer and dryer, with units ranging from studios to multi-bedroom layouts and penthouses overlooking Biscayne Bay, the Miami River, and the Brickell skyline. The amenity program at 500 Brickell East is structured across two levels: an 11th-floor urban deck featuring a heated circular infinity pool with daybeds and cabanas, a spa with steam and sauna, a fitness center, a sports room with billiards and catering kitchen, a theater room, and a wine cellar, plus a 42nd-floor heated rooftop pool with 360-degree bay and skyline views. Service includes on-demand concierge, valet, and secured covered parking, with ground-floor retail and dining lining Brickell Avenue.
