Set on the 27th floor of UNA Residences, this brand-new three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home reimagines waterfront living in Brickell. Walls of floor-to-ceiling glass frame sweeping southeast exposures across Biscayne Bay, Coconut Grove, and the open horizon, drawing natural light deep into the open-concept interior. Marble flooring runs throughout, complementing a kitchen outfitted with premium Gaggenau appliances. Living and dining areas open onto an expansive terrace, dissolving the boundary between indoors and out — as suited to a quiet morning coffee as to an evening of entertaining. Residents of this architecturally distinctive tower enjoy a curated amenity collection anchored by three resort-style pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a spa concept envisioned by the chairman of Aman. Privately positioned within an exclusive Brickell enclave, UNA offers a rare sense of calm and seclusion while keeping the energy of Brickell, Coconut Grove, Downtown Miami, and the beaches of Key Biscayne within easy reach.

Una Residences is a 47-story, 579-foot waterfront tower at 175 SE 25th Road in South Brickell, completed in 2026 by OKO Group and Cain International on a low-density stretch of Biscayne Bay just south of the Brickell Financial District. Una was designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, the firm whose principals led the design of the Burj Khalifa at SOM, with Revuelta Architecture International as architect of record. The tower holds 135 residences, each a corner unit, organized as two- to five-bedroom plans from 1,100 to 4,786 square feet, with 10-foot-8 ceilings in standard homes and 11-foot-7 to 12-foot-4 ceilings in the penthouses. Una received a 2023 American Architecture Award from the Chicago Athenaeum and is the first new ground-up waterfront residential project in Brickell in over a decade. The sculptural massing of Una Residences was inspired by the classic Riva motoryacht, with a curvilinear glass silhouette, rounded balcony noses, and 10-foot-deep wraparound terraces wrapped by floor-to-ceiling lift-and-glide doors. The site sits on Biscayne Bay one block from Simpson Park and Alice Wainwright Park, a short walk from the Brickell Avenue corridor and a ten-minute drive to Mary Brickell Village, Brickell City Centre, and Downtown Miami. The Rickenbacker Causeway is immediately accessible for Key Biscayne, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens sits just to the south, and the Una bayfront opens onto the same protected waterway used by the Miami Yacht Club and the cruise corridor. Every Una residence opens through a private elevator landing or semi-private foyer, with Italian-designed kitchens, integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and full Biscayne Bay, ocean, and skyline orientations. The two-acre amenity program is built around the bayfront, with a resort pool, an outdoor lap pool, a family pool, a children's splash area, and a Jacuzzi terrace. A spa with steam room, sauna, and treatment rooms sits alongside a fitness center with yoga and personal-training studios, a beauty suite, an owners' lounge, a private residents' dining room with catering kitchen, a screening theater, a children's playroom, and a dog-walk area. Una Residences also has a private marina with boat slips and offers owners reciprocal use of the Grand Bay Club in Key Biscayne, all served by 24-hour concierge, valet, and security.
