E11EVEN Hotel & Residences is the flagship tower of PMG and E11EVEN Partners' dual-tower District 11 project at 20 NE 11th Street in Downtown Miami's Park West neighborhood. PMG and E11EVEN Partners secured a $262 million construction loan in 2023 to expand the project. Park West is the strategic backstop for the Downtown E11EVEN Hotel & Residences program.
