Portofino Tower is a 44-story bayfront luxury condominium at 300 South Pointe Drive on the southern tip of Miami Beach's South of Fifth neighborhood, completed in 1997 by Thomas Kramer's Portofino Group in partnership with The Related Group. The Portofino Tower 300 S Pointe building delivers approximately 206 to 216 residences across one- to five-bedroom layouts, with interior sizes ranging from 1,090 square feet to over 5,000 square feet for the upper-floor penthouse homes. As one of the tallest residential towers in Miami Beach, Portofino Tower's curved glass envelope at 300 S Pointe Drive draws panoramic sightlines across Government Cut, Fisher Island, Biscayne Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. Interiors at Portofino Tower feature floor-to-ceiling windows, European cabinetry, marble flooring, and spacious wraparound terraces. The South Beach Portofino Tower address sits in South of Fifth (SoFi), the residential tip of Miami Beach two blocks from South Pointe Park, the South Pointe Pier, and the lawn overlooking Government Cut, with Joe's Stone Crab, Smith & Wollensky, Prime 112, and Estiatorio Milos within four blocks. The 300 S Pointe Drive Portofino Tower sits at the entrance to the Miami Beach Marina, putting deep-water slips, charter operators, and direct ocean access immediately accessible to residents. Brickell and downtown Miami are fifteen minutes across the MacArthur Causeway, and Fisher Island is a five-minute boat ride from the property. Residents at the Portofino Tower SoFi building access a bayfront swimming pool with chaise service, a fitness center, a full spa with treatment rooms, lighted tennis courts, marina access through the adjacent Miami Beach Marina, a children's playroom, a residents' lounge, and 24-hour concierge, valet, and security. The Portofino 300 South Pointe Drive tower also includes climate-controlled storage and dedicated guest suites. Combined with the tower's pole position at the southern tip of Miami Beach, the Portofino Tower South of Fifth amenity program is one of the most complete in the SoFi market.
